This policy explains what information MNL Media LLC (“MNL Media”, “we”, “us”) collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to mnl-media.co and any page we operate under that domain.

If you contact us through the form on this site or by email, we receive what you choose to send. That may include your name, your company name, your trade, your phone number, your email address, and the content of your message. You decide what to put in those fields; none of it is required to browse the site.
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data needed to deliver the page and to protect the service against abuse — typically your IP address, the page requested, the time of the request, and your browser and device type. We do not run analytics software, advertising trackers, or third-party tracking pixels on this site.
We set no cookies. The site stores a single display preference (light or dark appearance) in your browser's local storage. That value stays on your device, is not tied to you, and is never transmitted to us.
Typefaces on this site are loaded from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches them, Google receives your IP address and the request details. Google's handling of that data is governed by its own privacy policy.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We disclose it only to service providers acting on our behalf (such as our hosting and email providers), or where we are legally required to do so.
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your request and to maintain a record of our business dealings, then delete it. If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we will, unless we are required to retain it by law.
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to mnl-media@proton.me and we will respond. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information — we do not sell it. Exercising any of these rights costs nothing and we will not treat you differently for doing so.
This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will remove it.
The site is served over HTTPS and we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If we change this policy we will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date above.
